A wonderful opportunity to get involved with local communities to highlight prostate cancer. We would like to thank Shreeji Dham Haveli for their interest in our work and the interest they have shown in our screening project. After our work with the Jalaram Bapa Hindu Mandir in West London, this was the second Hindu temple who have invited us for a presentation. It is important that the Indian community also works toward breaking the taboos of cancer and with diabetes and heart disease a major stereotype within the community, we do not want prostate cancer to be added to the list. We look forward to doing a screening at the temple in the near future.
