One significant advantage of Asian communities is that they still have a central base where they get their members together to hold events and provide valuable support and services.
I was invited to the Mandhata Samaj in Wolverhampton, West Midlands. As part of their AGM, there was a health section where a number of us were invited to inform, educate and support. It was a wonderful day with bright sunshine and plenty of hospitality.
